Bring 1 quart of water to a full boil. Do not microwave for heating of reheating.
Add 2 tea bags to the water and cover. Remove from eat and let steep for 1-2 hrs. Combine steeped tea with 3 quarts cold water to make 1 gallon of tea. Remove tea bags. Refrigerate.
RECOMMENDED USAGE: Drink one 8oz glass with lunch, drink one 8oz glass with dinner.
OPTIONAL: Drink one 4oz glass with a snack
